Okay, I believe this is Day 4. Since it's Thursday. And we started Monday. Okay, this week has been a total blur. My workload has virtually doubled. I've started doing quite a bit of mobile (vs. virtual) work so things are trickier, but I know I can do this! I know I can. Know why? Cause I've done it before! Sooo many times. Anyway, I think of it this way - if I hadn't lost those 10/15 pounds that many times I'd probably just have kept accumulating and I would be a cut-out-the-wall, I can't even lift my head, sort of weight by now.
Water is good - I love water though. Not all people feel that way. I'd much rather have water in most cases - with the exception of coffee. Coffee is a major addiction for me. Coffee counteracts weight loss as well. Even though I do drink it black and I don't go for any of those oh-so-fun creamy varieties - it's still not good. I try to keep it to one cup a day - although the cup is almost as big as my head. I can only cut out so much - I've quit before - you wouldn't like me when I'm off coffee! Trust me.
Food has been good. The hubby has picked up the slack for me since I've been working late so many nights. He's the man. The division of labor in my house is such that food prep falls on my side so I really appreciate his help.
Well, I don't have many details for yesterday, but today should be better. A plan is key. This is the plan:
Breakfast: PB & Honey Wheat Toast x 2
Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice (no oil w/ brown rice)
Snack: Either Oatmeal w/ Coconut Milk & Honey or Nuts
Dinner: Turkey Meatballs and Some Sort of Veggie (I'm sure one will magically appear)
