Well, today was the day! I am so exciting to be starting this challenge with the blogging queen: http://fatchickproject.blogspot.com/ aka http://fatchickdiaries.com/ and the new-to-blogging, but ever-so fabulous: http://thefab40project.blogspot.com/.
It was an interesting day because I was in an all-day meeting beginning at a restaurant. Not impossible though. My eating wasn't perfect today, but I'm my own worst enemy with that striving for perfection thing. The best thing I can do is take one step at a time, one day at a time. I'm pleased with how it went. I'm behind in our weekly challenge which is to drink eight glasses of water, but I did my best today and I'll be able to make up for it the rest of the week. I will work to drink ten tomorrow and then eight for each of the rest of the days.
